Client: UK-based MR Agency

Fieldwork Period:  November – December 2024

Target Audience: Ophthalmologists

Geography:  United States & Spain

The Challenge

The client required in-depth feedback from practicing ophthalmologists to understand clinical preferences, treatment considerations, and decision drivers across two different healthcare systems.

Recruiting specialists for live group discussions was particularly challenging due to busy clinic schedules and varying practice structures between the USA and Spain.

1. Targeted Specialist Recruitment

We screened ophthalmologists based on practice setting, patient volume, and treatment experience to ensure relevant perspectives.

2. Incentive Management

PSP handled incentive distribution compliantly across both countries, aligned with local regulations and timelines.

3. Moderation

Experienced moderators conducted the sessions, encouraging balanced participation while maintaining focus on the study objectives.
